Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emerald Alchemy, LLC. Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders have a processing and handling time of 1–3 business days before shipment.

Because many of our products are handmade, prepared, packaged, and fulfilled with care, please allow the full processing period for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. The estimated delivery time provided by the shipping carrier begins after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available shipping services and applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout when available.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed at checkout or provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed by Emerald Alchemy.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please remember that the 1–3 business day processing period occurs before the carrier’s estimated transit time begins.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Emerald Alchemy is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your shipping label has been created.

Please allow time for USPS to accept and scan the package. Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is generated.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact your local USPS office.

Emerald Alchemy is not responsible for packages that USPS confirms as successfully delivered to the address provided with the order.

However, we will provide reasonable assistance if information from the shipment is needed to help you investigate the delivery with USPS.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us.

We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, assist with the USPS claim or investigation process.

Packages that experience temporary tracking delays are not automatically considered lost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusable due to shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping packaging.

Damaged-item refunds or replacements will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to Emerald Alchemy because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or another issue not caused by Emerald Alchemy, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, a shipping label has been created, or the package has been transferred to USPS.

Shipping Delays

During holidays, sales, product launches, periods of unusually high order volume, severe weather, or other exceptional circumstances, processing or carrier delivery may take longer than usual.

If a significant processing delay occurs on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.
